What services does Consumer Credit Counseling provide?
Budget Counseling: This is a preventative service for people who are not seriously in debt, but who need help in budgeting and money management skills.
Voluntary Debt Management: This is a service for people who are more seriously in debt. They may be facing garnishments, evictions, repossession or may be contemplating some form of bankruptcy. Clients who participate in this program, agree voluntarily to deposit funds with Consumer Credit Counseling Service. These funds are then disbursed monthly to their creditors, who voluntarily cooperate with the plan. Our debt management plan helps clients regain control of their life, self-esteem and avoid bankruptcy. If you would like to begin voluntary debt management you can do so by clicking the link below and filling out the online forms.
